Shipping Terms

Shipping Policy:

When purchasing from ShadeWarehouse.com your items will be shipped to you via the carrier you have selected via communications with a ShadeWarehouse.com representative, or selected via the website.  You will be emailed a copy of your order with the chosen shipper and tracking number for your inquiry as soon as we deliver your order to your chosen carrier.  By choosing a carrier, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the shipping and delivery policies they as their policy, and that you have read and completely familiar of their terms and agree to them.  The risk for any damaged or lost items is passed to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier you have chosen.  You agree to inspect any order received from us for shipping damage and report any such damage to the shipper directly at the time of delivery.  Should the shipper not produce a receipt at the specified time or lose said shipment, it is your sole responsibility to report this information to your chosen carrier.  Should special packaging be required for proper shipping of your order, or if your order must be shipped by an alternate carrier for any reason, ShadeWarehouse.com will notify you of such incident in a timely manner, and you will be charged accordingly.  You agree to not hold ShadeWarehouse.com liable for untimely delivery of your order for any reason whatsoever.

Order Refunds, Changes or Cancellations:

ShadeWarehouse.com attempts to be free from manufacturing defects as is reasonably possible.  It is our practice to refund via store credit or full refund, or replace any product that fails due to a manufacturing malfunction within 30 days of purchase, all of which is at our sole discretion.  In order to determine a defective product you must send a digital photo to ShadeWarehouse.com or contact ShadeWarehouse.com to request a Return Material Requisition # (RMA) and ship the defective shade to our address at your expense.  Upon receipt of the defective shade or photo of the shade, ShadeWarehouse will determine if a material defect exists, and if so, will replace the defective item or, at our sole discretion, offer a store credit or full refund of that particular item of your purchase, and refund any shipping charges incurred by you in purchasing or returning a defective shade to ShadeWarehouse.com.  This is a limited warranty which is specific to material defects and or manufacturing defects only.  We do not warrant in any way the use of a shade for any specific purpose or for its integrity and durability above and beyond the recommended uses of the shade that is listed on our website. ShadeWarehouse has the sole responsibility in determining a material or manufacturing defect in this case.

By uploading a file, or sending via email, you agree that spelling, content and layout of your design are correct.  You understand that this design will print exactly as it appears int he proof you have checked or agreed too, and you cannot make any changes once your order has been placed.

Shades are custom to fit to your shade, and custom printed to you design, therefore selected materials cannot be returned for a refund.

We reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased at any time.

Once the order is paid for and in process of being manufactured, you can not cancel or change the order.  We can (if the product has not already been packaged or shipped) re-direct or cancel the packaging or shipment of an order, but you will be chared the full price of the order less any packaging or shipping costs not yet fulfilled.

Production Time:

Our goal at ShadeWarehouse.com is to ship your order as fast as possible.  We stand by our claim that most orders will be shipped out within 48 business hours from the time the sale is final.  There of course can be special conditions such as large orders or shades that require more labor that can delay this process.  Special conditions may apply to shipping (please see ShadeWarehouse.com’s shipping policy)

Sales Taxes and Duties:

ShadeWarehouse.com is located in Addison, TX, and is responsible for collecting State Sales Tax for any orders placed and delivered within the State of Texas.  Unless you provide us with a “Resale Certificate from the State of Texas” you thusly agree to us adding the appropriate sales tax to your order.
