Return Policy

Order Refunds, Changes or Cancellations:

ShadeWarehouse.com provides its shades with a manufacturing defects warranty.  If any shade fail, or break due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of purchase, ShadeWarehouse.com will, at our sole discretion, replace such defective items, offer store credit, or a full refund of that particular item.  In order to determine a defective product, you must send a digital photo to ShadeWarehouse.com or contact ShadeWarehouse.com and request a Return Material Requisition # (RMA) and then ship the defective product to our address at your expense.  Once we have received the defective shade, or a photo of the defective shade, ShadeWarehouse will determine if a material defect does in fact exists.  If so, ShadeWarehouse.com will replace the defective item, or at our sole discretion, offer a store credit, or full refund for that particular item of your purchase, as well as refunding any shipping charges that may been incurred by you in order to ship the defective shade back to ShadeWarehouse.com.  This is a warranty that is limited only to material defects and/or manufacturing defects.  ShadeWarehouse has no such warranty for the use of the shades for any specific purpose or for its integrity and durability above and beyond the recommended uses of products as listed on this website.  Determination of a material or manufacturing defect is made solely by ShadeWarehouse.com

By uploading, emailing or sending artwork to ShadeWarehouse.com, you agree that spelling, content and layout of your design is correct.  You have an understanding that shade will be printed, and put together to your specifications, and directly what was sent as a proof to you via email or snail mail.  There will be no changes made once your order has been placed and is in process.

Due to custom sizes of each window, and custom printed materials on the shade, no selected materials can be returned for a refund.

ShadeWarehouse.com reserve the right to limit quantities of items purchased at any one time by any customer.

Once your order has been submitted and has been put into process, the order can not be cancelled or changed, however, if the shade has yet to have been packaged or shipped, we can re-direct or cancel the packaging or shipment of the order.  You will be charged the full price of the order, minus the price of packaging or shipping costs not yet fulfilled.
