*We ask that you kindly outline your  fonts to keep your file from being put on administrative hold so we can contact you for  resolution of this font problem.

Allowed format of the aforementioned files:

In case you are transferring any of the following configuration:
.ai, .eps, .pdf, .psd

It is NECESSARY for you to specify your fonts before sending to us. If you are not sure of the procedure, you must contact us first, and we will discuss it with you.
If you will send files wherein the fonts are embedded or separated in a folder, it is possible that your file may not be exactly as you wanted it to be.  THIS CONTAINS ALL PDF FORMATS.

In case the graphic you are sending is a bitmapped image (one that needs to be edited on photoshop, a photograph for instance):

Aim on submitting your job that includes your file at its full print size. Also, make it a point to check that you will achieve your aimed size that you want your bitmapped file printed. If you forget to do this, you might have a cubist art-like result instead of the one you were hoping for. This is very important. In case you are not sure about the idea, please contact us so we can discuss it with you.

Normally, the preferred resolution is 100 dots per inch. We tend to avoid easily changing the resolution of a very small image to an image that is of the correct resolution. Most probably you will get a horrible result or maybe a “good-looking image if you get your eyes crossed.” We will gladly assist you if ever you need help with this.

If You’re Stil Unsure:

Contact us first if you have other formats you want to use. If you don’t do this, our pre-press department could reject your project causing it to be delayed.
